These Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes are perfect for St. Patrick's day.Chocolate cake made with Guiness Beer. Then filled with Chocolate G'nash made with Jameson. Topped with Baily's Buttercream Icing. I made these for my husband's birthday a few weeks before St. Patrick's day, and we gave some to the bartender and staff at the place we were celebrating. The bartender compared these to sex. Enough said!
